We ship to the following countries and regions: United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
If you're located outside these areas, subscribe to our newsletter at woodpower.com and we'll notify you when we expand to your country.
Where do orders ship from?
Every WoodPower product is designed in Germany, manufactured in Europe, and shipped locally from regional warehouses — so there are no long international transit times.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping thresholds by region:
- United States: free on orders over $99 for the contiguous 48 states
- Europe: free on orders over €70 for Germany, Italy, France, Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Portugal (excluding Azores & Madeira), Greece, Luxembourg, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Monaco
- United Kingdom: free on orders over £99 for England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
- Singapore: free on orders over SGD $130
- Hong Kong: free on orders over HKD $750
Switzerland & Norway
Orders ship net from Germany. Import VAT and potential customs duties apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer. Current import VAT rates are 8.1% in Switzerland and 25% in Norway, applied to the total shipment value including shipping costs.
