Shipping destinations

We ship to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

If you're located outside these areas, subscribe to our newsletter at feetup.com and we'll notify you when we expand to your country.

Where do orders ship from?

Every FeetUp Trainer is handmade at our family-owned factory in Europe and shipped to one of our regional warehouses. Orders are then shipped locally from the warehouse closest to you — so there are no long international transit times.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping thresholds by region:

United States: free on orders over $100 (contiguous 48 states)
Europe: free on orders over €80 for the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores & Madeira), Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Bulgaria, Monaco.
United Kingdom: free on orders over £99 (England, Wales, Scotland — excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
Singapore: free on orders over SGD $130
Hong Kong: free on orders over HKD $750
Japan: free on orders over JPY ¥25,800

For some locations — particularly remote areas — shipping costs may be higher. We subsidize up to 35% of carrier charges to keep costs as low as possible.

PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address when placing your order.

Switzerland & Norway

Orders to Switzerland and Norway ship net from Germany. Import VAT and potential customs duties apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer. Current import VAT rates are 8.1% in Switzerland and 25% in Norway, applied to the total shipment value including shipping costs.
