We ship to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.
If you're located outside these areas, subscribe to our newsletter at flexbuddy.com and we'll notify you when we expand to your country.
Where do orders ship from?
Every FlexBuddy is manufactured in Europe and shipped locally from regional warehouses, so there are no long international transit times.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders that include at least one FlexBuddy, for the following regions:
- United States: free for the contiguous 48 states
- Europe: free for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores & Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Las Palmas & Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Sweden, and Switzerland
- United Kingdom: free for England, Wales, Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
- Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan: free shipping available
Some remote areas and regions not listed above may not qualify for free shipping. If free shipping is not applied at checkout, it means your location is outside the eligible zones.
Switzerland & Norway
Orders to Switzerland and Norway ship net from Germany. Import VAT and potential customs duties apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer. Current import VAT rates are 8.1% in Switzerland and 25% in Norway, applied to the total shipment value including shipping costs.
PO Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address when placing your order.
