WoodPower: Cancelling an Order

Orders are processed quickly — in most cases within minutes of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at service@woodpower.com with your order number.


If the order has already shipped

Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. You have two options:

  1. Refuse the delivery — the carrier will return the package to our warehouse and we will process a refund once it arrives.
  2. Use our 30-day return policy — keep the package and initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
