FlexBuddy: Damaged or Defective Item on Arrival

If your FlexBuddy arrived damaged or with missing parts, please contact us at hello@flexbuddy.com with the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • A description of the issue

This helps us assess the situation quickly and find the best solution. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.


Contents checklist

Every FlexBuddy should include:

  • 2 x wooden bars
  • 1 x adjustable strap
  • 1 x stretching manual
