If your FeetUp Trainer or any of its contents arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at help@feetup.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box
- A description of the issue
This helps us assess the situation quickly and find the best solution for you. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will either send a replacement or provide a return label and ship a new unit once we receive the defective one back.
