If the barrel feels slippery or rotates unexpectedly during use, check the orientation of the bars. Each bar has a hand and foot indicator that shows the correct direction for use — make sure you're holding the bars in the right position. Using the bars correctly ensures they don't rotate or slip during your stretching routine.
