If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, here are a few things to check before contacting us:
- Is the delivery address on your order correct?
- If you live in an apartment building, check the mailroom or ask a neighbor — carriers sometimes leave packages with neighbors to prevent theft.
- Check around your property, including any sheltered areas near your front door.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number — they can provide more details about where the package was left.
