To start a return, contact us at help@feetup.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the package. Please make sure the Trainer is fully disassembled and securely packed in its original box with all original contents before shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the package, we will process your refund. To speed up the process, send us the return tracking number as soon as you've shipped the package — this allows us to track it in real time.
