Orders are processed quickly — in most cases within minutes of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at help@feetup.com with your order number.
If the order has already shipped
Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. You have two options:
- Refuse the delivery — the carrier will return the package to our warehouse and we will process a refund once it arrives.
- Use our 30-day return policy — keep the package and initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
