WoodPower: Package Not Delivered – Troubleshooting

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, here are a few things to check before contacting us:

  • Is the delivery address on your order correct?
  • If you live in an apartment building, check the mailroom or ask a neighbor — carriers sometimes leave packages with neighbors to prevent theft.
  • Check around your property, including any sheltered areas near your front door.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number — they can provide more details about where the package was left.

If you've checked all of the above and still can't locate your package, reach out at service@woodpower.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
