Assembly is straightforward and everything you need is already in the box. Before you start, locate the Hardware Assembly Kit and the User Manual — both are included with your order.

Barrel nut inserted backwards?
If a metal barrel nut gets stuck inside the crossbar, tap the crossbar firmly against a carpeted floor until it pops out. Upon reinsertion, make sure the slit faces outward and aligns with the screw.
Once assembled
We recommend keeping the Trainer in one piece. Repeated assembly and disassembly can affect the structural integrity over time.
