How to Use FlexBuddy

FlexBuddy is designed to be simple and intuitive. Here's how to get started:

  1. Place one wooden bar on the soles of your feet
  2. Hold the other bar with both hands
  3. Adjust the strap length through the loops to match your current flexibility level
  4. Roll the bar in your hands to find the right tension
  5. Hold the position for 30 seconds, then repeat for at least 2 minutes


Move slowly and listen to your body, especially in the first few sessions. Flexibility builds gradually with regular practice.
