FeetUp Trainer 1 vs 2 – What's the Difference?

Modified on Tue, 26 May at 11:01 AM

Both generations share the same dimensions and core function — safe, supported inversions without pressure on the neck.

The main difference is the Easy-Click™ cushion system, which is exclusive to the v.2. It includes a main cushion and a removable extra T-pad that snaps on and off without screws or tools. The T-pad lets you adapt the Trainer for different exercises and also transforms it into a fitness, meditation, or sitting chair when not used for inversions. Because of this extra cushion, the 2.0 is approximately 1.5–2 kg (3.3–4.4 lbs) heavier than the v.1.

The wood, materials, and dimensions are otherwise identical.

Are accessories interchangeable?

The v.2 cushion is compatible with FeetUp frames purchased from 2018 onwards — so if you have a 1.0 frame from that period, you can upgrade. The new cushion is only sold as a set (1 cushion + 1 removable T-pad) and cannot be purchased separately for technical reasons.

If you're unsure whether your frame is compatible, reach out at help@feetup.com with your order number and we'll check for you.
