The FeetUp Trainer is built to be strong, safe, and long-lasting.
It is made from high-quality treated wood and recycled materials. Every Trainer is produced in family-owned facilities in Europe and built to high standards.
Weight capacity
The FeetUp Trainer has been lab-tested to hold over 900 kg / 2,000 lbs.
The recommended maximum user weight is 114 kg / 250 lbs. This is a safety guideline for using the body upside down — not because the Trainer is weak.
When used correctly, according to the Practitioner’s Manual, the FeetUp Trainer is designed to hold safely.
Does the frame flex?
Yes. A small amount of flex during use is normal.
Wood is naturally strong and flexible. This slight movement helps the frame absorb pressure. It does not mean the Trainer is damaged or unsafe.
Is it flame resistant?
Yes. The materials used in the FeetUp Trainer are flame resistant. Under normal use, the treated wood and recycled parts will not catch fire on their own.
Proven over time
The FeetUp Trainer has been on the market for over 10 years. During that time, we have never received a report of a broken FeetUp Trainer.
