PowerBars – XS vs XL, Which Size to Choose?

WoodPower PowerBars come in two sizes:


PowerBars XS are compact and lightweight, making them easy to carry anywhere. They are ideal for push-ups, L-sits, arm balances, and general upper body training. For absolute beginners, XS is the recommended starting point.


PowerBars XL are taller, providing more clearance from the ground. This makes them better suited for handstand-oriented exercises and a wider range of calisthenics movements. They also offer more stability and less wrist pressure due to the higher stance.


PowerBars Set includes both XS and XL, giving you the full range of options for your training.
