FeetUp: Stability & Safe Movement

Modified on Thu, 4 Jun at 5:03 AM

The FeetUp Trainer is engineered for maximum stability during front-facing mounts and dismounts. This keeps your center of gravity directly over the frame at all times.

Lateral movements

While inverted, you can gradually explore lateral movements such as wide leg openings or gentle rotations — this is perfectly fine and encouraged as your practice develops. However, we do not recommend mounting or dismounting sideways, as this shifts your center of gravity away from the frame in an unstable way.

Will it tip over?

The Trainer's design prevents accidental tipping. Under normal use, it will not tip over unless you deliberately force it to. That said, we always recommend starting against a wall until you feel fully confident in your practice.
